AC repair completed in Lyman today on an American Standard heat pump that wasn't cooling properly. Homeowner called saying unit was running constantly but house temp kept rising. Did a complete system check and found multiple issues: capacitor only reading 32μF (should be 45μF), system seriously low on refrigerant (indicating a leak), and condenser fan motor drawing too many amps. Replaced the dual-run capacitor and thoroughly leak-tested the system. Found a small leak at the Schrader valve core and replaced it. We have used Precision for 10 years.. the first couple years were service. We then purchased a new hvac from them with in that time. They are always good with appointments. They send text messages and let you know where the driver is! We needed a recent emergency apt. And they worked with us! The same technician has always been at our house. He knows us and he installed our new unit years back. It’s nice to see the same guy!! He’s Great!!
